Outlook Add Time Zones To Calendar. Users can add multiple time. On the calendar tab, under time zones, type a name for the current time zone in the label box.

On the preferences tab, click calendar options button. Scroll down to the time zones section and click on time zone button.

At The Top Of The Page, Select Settings ≫ Mail.

Select calendar from the sidebar and then scroll down to time zones.

Navigate To The File Tab In Outlook.
